I have been a loyal customer of MicroWare Nagoya for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered plan (order #ORD-1057-TJA-4226) on September 14, 1985, and have encountered experienced long delays. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
