I have been a loyal customer of MicroWare Nagoya for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-3581-KDO-6380) on December 6, 1973, and have encountered has poor quality. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
