Poor customer service experience with Elite Domain Advisors Corp.

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3798-PEL-8807 placed with Elite Domain Advisors Corp. on September 18, 2014. I paid $997.60 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Troy V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
