Unresolved issue with Traditional Tastes Restaurants product

I purchased a gadget from Traditional Tastes Restaurants on May 8, 1972. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Tiara K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
