Overcharged by Solid Architecture Group for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8815-XYF-3897 placed with Solid Architecture Group on January 5, 1994. I paid $187.19 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Norval F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
