Tutoring of Development refused to address issue

On September 18, 1986, I signed up for Tutoring of Development's delivery service at their Toreyport, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $356.31, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Maximo V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
