Poor customer service experience with Representation Services, Services Corp.

On July 18, 1993, I signed up for Representation Services, Services Corp.'s delivery service at their Thompsonside, Tennessee location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $130.5, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lilla R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
