I'm writing to complain about the troubleshooting service I received from Virtual Intelligence. After paying $565.10 for membership, I found that it was damaged upon delivery. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Ollie A., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.
