I purchased a appliance from Modern Homes Group Maceió on January 22, 1979. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Vincenza J. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
