Security vulnerability in AppQuantum International product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8081-UVU-5793 placed with AppQuantum International on April 7, 2020. I paid $859.9 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Davon M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
