Poor customer service experience with Traditional & Feast International

On October 23, 2018, I signed up for Traditional & Feast International's maintenance program at their Stehrtown, Tennessee location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $965.21, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Vivianne M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
