Virtual Code provided defective product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7752-VFG-4956 placed with Virtual Code on October 13, 1971. I paid $978.95 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Pete Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
