I'm writing to complain about the customer support I received from Mega Goods Central Corp.. After paying $110.42 for membership, I found that it doesn't work as advertised. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Nelle B., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.
