I am writing regarding order #ORD-2057-HCC-5400 placed with Urban Residence Alliance Jaipur on July 12, 1980. I paid $151.6 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Hazel K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
