I purchased a service from Total Group Fort Worth on April 30, 1972. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Queen Z. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
