Unsatisfactory resolution from Care Therapy Alliance

On July 8, 2020, I signed up for Care Therapy Alliance's delivery service at their West Maximillianfort, Vermont location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $521.72, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jayda A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
