Frustrated with Urban Haus Group's lack of response

On April 12, 2011, I signed up for Urban Haus Group's upgrade service at their Lake Breanneland, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $475.64, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Audie I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
