Warranty claim denied by Abode & Solutions International

On February 4, 1987, I signed up for Abode & Solutions International's return process at their Yvonneland, Montana location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $331.75, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Callie E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
