Misleading advertising by Health Care Practice

On July 30, 1974, I signed up for Health Care Practice's maintenance program at their North Orion, Nebraska location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $386.55, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Edmond B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
