I am writing regarding order #ORD-5624-JGD-4399 placed with Choice Community Solutions Monterrey LLC on January 30, 1974. I paid $807.13 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Shanna T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
