I have been a loyal customer of AdvancedCure Holdings for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-2741-GCV-1984) on January 18, 2022, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
