Misleading advertising by Defense, Defense & Advisors Seville LLC

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3023-XPP-4828 placed with Defense, Defense & Advisors Seville LLC on October 13, 1988. I paid $107.70 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kenyatta R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
