Poor customer service experience with Supply & Center International

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9070-JSE-1073 placed with Supply & Center International on November 15, 1999. I paid $177.5 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered has poor quality. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Juanita P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
