Refund refused by Royal Realty Advisors

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4925-VGI-3369 placed with Royal Realty Advisors on October 12, 1975. I paid $435.53 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Everardo W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
