False promises made by Royal Realty Advisors representative

On November 9, 2010, I signed up for Royal Realty Advisors's exchange program at their Raynorstad, Oklahoma location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $990.12, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Raegan D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
