I have been a loyal customer of Hyper-Edge Corp. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered gadget (order #ORD-7763-NVS-6132) on November 3, 1980, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
