I have been a loyal customer of Hyper-Edge Corp. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-3409-CKF-9905) on April 22, 1993, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
