Refund refused by Choice Residence Consultants Corp.

On June 5, 2015, I signed up for Choice Residence Consultants Corp.'s premium plan at their Kimmouth, Michigan location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $961.23, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Daniela O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
