On October 19, 1979, I signed up for Elite Training Learning Inc.'s maintenance program at their Kundemouth, Kentucky location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $837.42, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Antoinette G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
