Refund refused by Elite Training Learning Inc.

On January 8, 2015, I signed up for Elite Training Learning Inc.'s maintenance program at their Annetteville, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $600.89, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lavon T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
