Elite Training Learning Inc. provided defective product

On June 11, 1995, I signed up for Elite Training Learning Inc.'s repair service at their West Adalinetown, Alaska location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $782.34, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Minnie E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
