Billing dispute with Trusted Advocate Consultants

On April 10, 2017, I signed up for Trusted Advocate Consultants's delivery service at their Zboncakview, Idaho location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $785.16, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jovan M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
