SecureNode Ventures tech support failed to resolve issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7260-FOS-4438 placed with SecureNode Ventures on January 3, 1988. I paid $604.99 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Lewis L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
