Refund refused by Classic Investments Regina

On March 11, 1997, I signed up for Classic Investments Regina's training session at their Zemlakbury, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $547.56, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Vincent T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
