Frustrated with MetaDev LLC's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5112-XUG-1662 placed with MetaDev LLC on November 23, 1981. I paid $485.19 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Porter M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
