Unresolved issue with Homemade & Feast product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6912-JEV-9093 placed with Homemade & Feast on April 1, 2015. I paid $640.82 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Vinnie U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
