I am writing regarding order #ORD-5933-OVJ-2514 placed with The Peak Healing Practice Corp. on February 22, 1978. I paid $777.72 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Samantha D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
