I have been a loyal customer of The Delicious Flavors for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-9001-BWQ-5375) on November 15, 2015, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
