Refund refused by The Artisan Dining LLC

On July 11, 2014, I signed up for The Artisan Dining LLC's exchange program at their Cotyburgh, Montana location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $183.99, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Sandrine W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
