I am writing regarding order #ORD-4549-EXC-5500 placed with The Artisan Dining LLC on July 2, 2008. I paid $604.82 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Camila N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
