Frustrated with Smart-Soft Inc.'s lack of response

On November 25, 1986, I signed up for Smart-Soft Inc.'s customer support at their West Nigel, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $519.82, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ara I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
