Organic Chef Kuching provided defective product

On October 23, 2001, I signed up for Organic Chef Kuching's troubleshooting service at their Schillerfurt, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $271.38, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Avis A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
