Education Training refused to address issue

On November 6, 2007, I signed up for Education Training's customer support at their Robelburgh, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $72.4, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alene P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
