Academic Lab of Academy Duisburg provided defective product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3454-QQD-8471 placed with Academic Lab of Academy Duisburg on January 20, 1978. I paid $136.15 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Nyasia H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
