I am writing regarding order #ORD-9436-GUK-7320 placed with Advanced Med on February 20, 2009. I paid $570.50 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Zula Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
