I want to report a serious concern with Strong-Engineering Holdings's item that I purchased on April 16, 1992 from your Cummingston, Washington store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Bernard D., but my issue remains unresolved.
