I purchased a account from Virtual-Lab on October 13, 2017. Shortly after using it, I experienced has poor quality. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Davon D. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
