Misleading advertising by Space & Alliance

On September 7, 2004, I signed up for Space & Alliance's return process at their East Rene, Kentucky location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $713.79, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lloyd G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
