I am writing regarding order #ORD-3886-JNE-8320 placed with Advocate Consultants, Consultants Strasbourg on May 16, 2005. I paid $673.34 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Mayra Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
