I want to report a serious concern with CoreCyber's service that I purchased on October 3, 1971 from your Kutchside, Oklahoma store. The product has has poor quality despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Bulah K., but my issue remains unresolved.
